Why was she so overlooked near the end of Six Feet Under?

For the Emmys and Golden Globes.

Why was she only nominated for the first two seasons, and then never nominated again? She was great (sometimes even better) in Season 3-5.

I have wondered that to. I have learned that the emmys have nothing to do with talent in most cases, even though sometimes some great talent win them. I mean, Patrica Arquette won the emmy the year that SFU was having its final season... And the fact that Arquette won while rachel wasn't even nominated is a crime, and proves that emmys should not be a test of good acting.
