Think it's interesting that his next film is another Apatow comedy. Guess they like how Pineapple Express turned out.

I don't know, man. That monologue by the black kid after their friend dies in George Washington was nearly Shakespearean.

I don't know if he's a better writer than a director, but I'd say he's pretty damn talented at both! The dialogue in 'All the Real Girls' is just incredible.

Agreed for sure. But he did write/co-write the story for both George Washington and All the Real Girls - his two strongest. When using others' stories in Undertow and Snow Angels, the films were a little weaker (although not by much).
