No, it wasn't that great, it was too glossy looking for it's own good, and the script was horrible, there's only one or two good scenes in the movie, skip it, trust me.

what did you think of all the real girls?

Wow, I thought the complete opposite. I absolutely loved George Washington. I thought it had an incredible atmosphere to it.

I also really like GEORGE WASHINGTON.

See George Washington for youself. I'm sure you can get it at netflicks. it's on criterion dvd, so it's a bit pricy. it has a lot of extras, including DGG's shorts, commentary that is most excellent, and a Clu Gulager short that's worth the purchase alone. Go to dvdplanet.com to buy. they discount every criterion video by like 30%. George Washington is one of my favorite films of all time.

Totally agree, George Washington and A Day with the Boys are both excellent, its great to have them on the same DVD.

George Washington is definetly worth the money even if it is very expensive, like all Criterion collection dvds it is worth the money!...I had never seen it when I bought it and I am so glad I did.
