I just saw a clip of her in Evening ... f-in' hell, i thought she was Meryl until i worked out she was with Claire Danes and they were both playing the younger versions of themselves, Meryl was playing the older Mamie!! They look and even sound so alike!!

Mamie also played the 7-year-old version of her mother in "House of the Spirits," credited as Jane Gray. That was in 1993. She was a BEAUTIFUL child, spitting image of her mother.
