Great candidate for nose job

There's enough "SHE'S UGLY" posts here. With this one I'm really not trying to be derisive, but Mamie Gummer is great evidence of why rhinoplasty can be a good option. I actually think she's mostly very pretty but her nose just DOESN'T fit her face; her jaw is so pronounced. Is there a procedure to widen the nose? You usually hear about noses getting slimmed down in rhinoplasty but on her I think it would do her face wonders if they could just spruce it up just a tad!

Going through her imdb photos, she looks amazing if I put my finger to the screen to cover her strange schnozz

I agree 100% ! Mamie is not as repulsive as some people on this board claim. She has nice eyes and more importantly: she's talented. A nosejob would do wonders for her.

No. Much like Jennifer Grey, it gives her a unique look. She is beautiful as she is.

Jennifer Grey's career more or less ended after her nose job, although it did make her look much better. If Meryl Streep had gotten one, it might have had similar consequences.

In Mamie's case, she's not nearly as famous so who knows.

I find this comment rather sad. She's a perfectly nice looking woman. The last thing she needs is facial surgery. Getting your nose broken and reset and having your face medically altered is not getting "spruced up," it's something that should be reserved for the genuinely deformed, not someone who doesn't fit perfectly into an arbitrary, extremely narrow template of female appearance.

Tell me the truth. Are we still in the game?
