I think he only looked like Heath Ledger in one movie, and that was The Lookout. He didn't even look like Heath when they were side by side in 10 Things I Hate About You.

They really do look similar. When my sister was watching 10 Things I Hate About You for the first time she thought that they were actually the same person.

I always thought Joseph Gordon-Levitt looked like Heath Ledger, period.
