I heard that she is pregnant and that is why she isnt in the 4th season of nip/tuck. Can anyone confirm?

Yeah she had a baby on Septemner 29th this year :P

Answering my own question here, but she has a daughter named Penelope. She is also returning to Nip/Tuck on Dec 5th.
