Lay off the Botox...

There's not a lot of dignity in being told you're washed up at age 40.
As an actress, her looks are part of a package that gets her jobs.

If she worked in I.T., she wouldn't get Botox, she'd probably be taking courses in new technology.

As you get older, you do what you have to, to remain competitive in your field.

Sadly, there are fewer jobs for actresses between 40-60; until they need a wrinkly grandma character.

I realy realy dont know if that is true. The sad fact is there realy arent many actresses that age with dignity and given the choice between casting a hot young lady or a botoxed mess with no facial expression obviously they go for the younger version.
Problem for many actresses obviously is that for many years they get by with good looks. When they reach the point the looks are declining many of them have nothing left because often they wherent overly talented to begin with
