The only legitimate reason to be annoyed at this pair is Russell's age. But if you're going to hate George for that, then you might as well hate Angelina Jolie (Billy Bob Thornton), Sophia Loren, Celine Dion and every woman who ever dated Hugh Hefner.

Russell's views are typical of Hollywood and hip-hip, so they're not unusual for the partner of a famous actress. Besides which, tons of great artists have held questionable views.

If his race is the reason you think George is now a "skank," then you don't understand how insignificant race is in terms of genetics. Geneticists will tell you there are far more differences between men and women than black and white men. Any twit who's that much of a purist should become gay and only date people of the same sex and ethnicity -- and possibly limit their dating pool to second cousins.

Maybe it's time for us to stop looking at women who share our ethnicity as if they were the property of our race.
