I am honestly surprised Melissa keeps getting work. Every single American film I have seen her in her accent is all over the place. Watching her in the film ''lonely
Place to die' at the moment and she is just an eyesore. I don't feel she has much talent at all unlike some of her contemporaries like Isla Fisher.

shareQuite aware lonely place to die is British and triangle is Australian. In these films and more she is playing an American -with an American accent - and she stinks.

shareHer accent is fine in Good Wife, just a pity about the acting. I cannot look at her duckface. She has done something terrible to her teeth, they look really odd.
shareShe doesn't make my eyes sore, but I'm in agreement regarding her accent. I haven't seen "Good Wife" or "Lonely Place...", but I have seen "30 Days of Night", and much of her dialogue in that felt distractingly forced and unnatural.
It didn't bother me too much in "Triangle", though.
