Just bought VC audiobook read by Mark. Is brilliant and more proof that he must play Lucifer unfortunately the only bad thing is that the person who abridged Mark's book cut nearly all the action out of it. No deadly insect, no carriage chase, barely any struggle with the helmeted guard, barely any fight when he saves charlie the first time and no saving charlie the second time. no being chased in the water and most of the adventurous ending cut and most of the sex with Charlie cut out. Grrr. Saying that still amazing and worth purchasing

Jeez that's a lot of cuts !!! But like you say Im sure it's worth it just for the fab Mr. Gatiss reading stylee - thinking of his great Jackanory reading on the Christmas Special dvd . . .

There was a full six disc set reading of the book by Mark on ebay the other week.

Why can't we have that sold to the public?
