Now in his 30s, his career should pick up

I think with his strong jawline, he'll break away from the pack. In your 20s your youthfulness is your best asset, and when that fades, it's people with good bone structure who get more roles.

George Clooney had no success with his youthful looks, but once he hit his 30s, people started to cast him as the handsome older guy.

I would recommend that he not try to look young anymore, but nail the 'handsome 30 something' look with short hair and stuble.

30s wasn't old, moron. here did you get that stupid impression from? In fact, these days it is very young.

Did you read my post? I'm saying that as he matures, more parts will open up for him.

And in Hollywood, most major actors are in their 30s/early 40s. After your 40s the parts dry up. This is his time to make waves.
