I actually think she looks alot like Kat Dennings.
Look at the intro of Life with Derek, when Ashley is in pigtails. Then compare that to the episode of Dark Oracle that Sarah appeared in. They do look like they could be sisters for sure. Who's prettier? Well, that is open for debate. There is a resemblance, for sure. They look more alike than their on-screen siblings.

I think she looks like both.
&& she did play Ashley Leggats cousin on an episode of Life With Derek.
So it would only make sense to cast someone who resembles them a bit to actually make it seem like they are related.
Which in that episode, they looked very much alike.
But I do agree with some of the other posters, she does look like Kat Dennings as well.
