I got another one of those notes at the door, that said I had an unpaid late fee that is now viewed as rent due? Like the last month, they didn't say what the fee was for. I thought it may have been for a plumbing appearance. I got the check over to the office mail box so I didn't talk to them.

I found the Lemonade renters policy -which i had misplaced- and it had a expire date of Mar 12 2024. I think this is the problem. It's been two months since then? Two complaints no explanation. Maybe they told you this time via e-mail?

I will get a check over there again but I bet they would prefer I didn't get the policy again so they could pocket a few 100 dollars. No clue on the note they sent.
