I love him on Shameless but I forgot that he appeared in a few episodes of SVU as the incedibly annoying tech Dale "Stuckey". Anyone that can play a character that annoying and make you beleive it is a damned good actor! I wanted to punch his face in in each apperance he made on SVU.

shareSnowsbeau, I think you'll have to agree that he was a little more than incredibly annoying! He KILLED off Mike Doyle's character, O'Halloran. He was obviously insane.
With all that being said, he is a damned good actor.
He was Sooo annoying!!! But amazing! And to see him go from that insane role to a mentally handicapped person in The Hatfields & McCoys, shows what a Awesome actor he is!
