Its crazy. I just saw her interviewed on 'Chelsea Lately' and she has hardly changed at all since she was playing a teenager on 'Home & Away' back in the 90's. She could easily still get away with playing college age girls.

She actually told a funny story about her looking so young. She said that she and her husband Sacha attended a party and that when they entered the house a woman came up to her and said "Hello little one. Come with me!". Isla was a little confused but went with her. The woman led her to a room full of kids about 15 years old. The kiddie table lol. The woman had assumed that Isla was Sacha's daughter and that she was a teenager lol.

LOL I didn't know she got mistaken for Sasha's daughter! It must get annoying when she can't buy adult things and gets ID'd all the time, but at the same time, it's quite a compliment!
