1)look at the nose. their noses are different at the nostril
2)Isla is younger
3)whenever Amy smiles you can see her whole teeth back to the last one. that doesn't happen with Isla
4)hate to say it but Amy has some sort of chronic edema (i.e: bags) under her eyes while Isla hasn't

How about Isla has dark eyes while Amy has light?
How about the fact that they have different shades of hair, different skintones and different facial structure?
The only thing they have in common is red hair, they look nothing alike! As a ginger gal, I must say this is really starting to bug me.

well, I thought that too when I first looked at Isla's photos. but when I saw the two at Letterman I opened my mouth amazed by the incredibly similarities between their movements. (check them at youtube)
