I find her incredibly hollow.
She lacks something so badly, I don't find her a strong actress at all.

Have you seen wedding crashers??!! She was crazy in that movie!! It was awesome and she's hilarious!!

I thought her character was funny in Wedding Crashes, and it's written as a one-dimensional character anyway. Apart from that she's terribly unconvincing.
Her American accent in Arrested Development S4 was shocking!!
