I would love to see him being Captain Kirk!!!! He was my childwood hero and i think Nathan will do a great job.

We do not need another Captain Kirk we already have one to many. Star Trek was already an incredibly successful ongoing living series. There was absolutely no reason to reinvent Captain Kirk and there is certainly no reason to do it again. Star Trek has proven that he can be very successful by bring in entirely new Captains into the already fleshed out universe. So that being said I would not like to see Nathan has a new Captain Kirk but I would love to see him as a new Starfleet captain.

He seems to shy away from anything popular and whenever he is in bigger stuff - like GOTG and The Suicide Squad - his roles are so minimal that it's a joke.
