He's a touch too old to be anything boy.
Green Lantern would be intriguing....but he's a touch too young. I'm thinking more of Captain America...if he dyed his hair like a sandy blonde or something.
captain america is just as old as the green lantern but superboy is like 17. he would be the right age for superboy
