I agree with you on every count. If you look at a couple of the more recent posts, I pretty much say the same thing. I totally understand wanting to be a private person...but there's a difference between being private and being invisible. Personally, I don't think his management is really doing anything for him and maybe he needs to step up on his own.

One thing that helps someone like Kevin Smith have such a strong fanbase is the personal rapport he shares by interacting with his fans via his messageboard, twitter etc. I've seen Sean do interviews etc...he could do this as well. He has a great fun personality, this much I saw from the "Truth or Dare" video he did for CosmoGirl on Youtube. Granted, his demographic would unfortunately lead to alot of girls professing their love for him and telling him how "HOTT" he is, but there are also others, including myself (an "older" fan at 29), who'd really like to know who he is as a person beyond looks and fight movies. Even if he just chose to occassionally post on the board and just emailed who he wanted off the board, that would be an improvement. There are a ton of ways to do that without his privacy being lost or anything like that.

Where is the information about the triatholon? The last "news" I heard about Sean was his attending the Sorority Row premiere (hopefully he ducked out after walking the carpet). I check Youtube and it's never updated. That would be another great way for him to interact with his fans.

I'm confused about the whole thing about the rich man's private party with a daughter etc. I'd be interested to hear more about that.

Sean, if you are out there...please, respond or email one of us...you do have intelligent, eloquent fans! We can help! We enjoy your work, recognize your talent and we want to see you succeed!

lol I should have expected alot of flak from my screenname. lol.

I actually did use google last night after reading what you posted and saw the pictures.

Assuming fans will behave is kinda like expecting people to be reasonable period...not gonna happen. It's just part of the deal with being a young attractive actor...he has a certain fanbase...namely young girls. *shrugs* Then there are older women, like me (I can't believe I can say that now) who appreciate him as well.

I doubt very much that with all the professional advice he can get out in Hollywood that he'd consider or even read the posts of some chick in florida. It'd be nice though!
