Man I miss this guy!

Dude, what happened to Ethan Embry. I see that he has been making movies, but I never see them anywhere and I never hear or see him doing anything anymore. I miss him so much. I loved everything he did in the 90s. Stuff like Empire Records, Can't Hardly Wait, That Thing You Do, etc etc etc. He had such an unassuming charm and was really funny and good, even if the movies were sort of cheesy 90's teen flicks (aren't those really the best kind of movies anyway) I kid I kid, but seriously...if a crazy jerk like Mickey Rourke can have a career again, where is love for an Embry comeback? Maybe not a comeback, because he is still working, but just stuff that gets more exposure? Cause I love him and always though he potentially could be really amazing in serious roles that I never really saw him get to do back then.

hey i'm all for an ethan embry comeback! ooh and don't forget him in vegas vacation too..he was sooo funny--"i put a dollar in, i got a car, i put a dollar in i got a car.." LOL

He put on some weight for his role in Brotherhood. He's not supposed to be adorable right now.

He's always taken the backseat roles, and has been a favourite of mine since I saw the movie Dutch. It's strange watching celebrities grow up when they're your own age.

I always had a little crush on Ethan. When I was little it was admiration. When I was a teenager it was "Oh, he's so cute!"
In my twenties, it became a little less hyper. Still thought he was a hottie though.
Now, in my thirties, I find the rest of him interesting. His musical, literary, and political interests carry that tiny torch.

I don't think about celebrities much. I've met enough to be desensitized to their presence. I don't get starstruck. Knowing this, my friend asked me to list the famous people I would like to meet and talk to. I was surprized how quickly Ethan Embry's name came up. Is it the young girl in me still harboring a crush? I don't think so. I think it's the grown up I've become being curious about genuinely intriguing people.

Yeah Ethan Embry is really awesome. He's been in a few big-name major movies and t.v shows since the 90s. But yeah, he didn't have many prominent roles in them or much media exposure, unfortunately. He has done some serious roles, including playing a very dark bad character on CSI: Miami just last weekend. He is the best actor and can play such a wide range of characters, from comedy to drama and even horror.
