You cannot believe the hype. It has been 12 years this and 12 years that, but matty came out of left field, snatching all the damn awards. I know I'm speaking like its a done deal, but you know he's not going to win the oscar. They can say its about the work, but come on.... who the hell doesn't want to world to know that they are the best at what they do, if even for a year.

I would be pissed if my movie got all this damn hype and I didn't win sh!t

Show one and All a Stoney Heart and Sink them with It.

Yeah that's true. I suppose it's hard to ignore the hype. He's be fine.

You are so right John. I'd heard no mention of Dallas Buyers Club til late December I think. If anything I thought Redford, Tom Hanks, or maybe even Leo were Chiwetel's biggest competion, because those films were all over the place since late Oct. I think. But I suppose the voters have seen all the films. All in all it's still bloody frustrating as heck.
