LOL. Wow I don't think he looks that old but, I do think he actually look like his age in the movie Redbelt, Inside Man, and Kinky Boots.

Saw it was his birthday today and I am shocked he till isn't even in his 40's. He's been around for so long it seems he would be mid to late 40s

I was watching him in Talk to be with Don Cheadle. I thought they where around the same age. Didn't know Don was 13 years old.
