Thank you for single-handedly ruining the DCEU

The heroes for the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice look fine, but laughing boy/nerdy Lex Luthor is a major sticking point for me, which is a shame because Luthor should be one of the most formidable and fascinating characters in the DC Universe.

We've already had two goofy live-action Luthors, so did we really need another? Even worse, this Luthor is like Gene Hackman/Kevin Spacey spliced with Luthor's annoying nephew, Lenny, from Superman IV: The Quest for Peace. 

Lex is a way too important character too BS it and not actually honor the character

Jesse looks like he is just playing his same old self like he always does. gross

I'm so happy you're able to determine a movie is ruined by two minutes of a performance viewed in a trailer.

Sometimes I question if people realize how a person acts in public and how they act in private are two completely different things. We've only seen public persona Lex so far.

I agree completely. I'll watch it but I'm going in knowing that Eisenberg is going to be zany, awkward, neurotic, deadpan, and containing zero range. So I'll just remove him from my mind and enjoy the rest of the movie accordingly.

Critics AND fans hate Jesse as Lex. I guess a lot can be taken from a 2 minute trailer after all.
