I've only seen Garret on Raising Hope and I gotta say, this guy makes my blood flow. He's one of those guys who seem very ordinary-looking and extremely shaggable (pardon my French and my drooling) at the same time. Hairy body (not the classic Hollywood type) but muscled. His voice and his mannerisms: priceless.

Yap! I rewatch The 4400s recently however and on that show, he seemed very creepy and not at all attractive. I think aging agrees with him. He bulked up and tat was a good decision.
