For some reason he kinda looks like Josh Duhamel to me

I mainly thought that in No Country For Old Men, I didnt even realized he was the same person that was in The Assisination of Jesse James until this morning..I knew I recognized him from somewhere but that The Sara Connor Chronicles...didnt even realize that was he was the same person in NCFOM

If I had to guess at a reason, I'd say it's because they kind of look alike.
