I agree, I don't think they are the 'spitting image' of each other, they do look similar but only sometimes. Katy has much puffier cheeks, more flarred nostrils and the way her cheekbones meet with her mouth is drastically different from Zooey.

Specifically when Katy smiles you can see laugh lines quite distinctly around her mouth and nose, you cannot for Zooey.

And its of my opinion that Katy has prettier eyes and is overall hotter.

Really they only look similar when Katy wears make up which does not accent her natural facial features, when she does she doesn't look anything like Zooey.
