there are a handful of nerdy hot girls in the world and she is one of them. Certainly nobody like this (very often) in my country.

She's nerdy? But yes, more women should be like her since she comes of as sweet and kind-hearted.
In case you're wondering, I'm female.
The reason that she can afford to be all those things in one is that she has the confidence, security , contacts of being from a famous American showbusiness family. Many other people being like that would have to be putting on some false front (and when it slips it is terrifyingly bitter and passive agressive in many people. 6-7 billion people in the world and closer to 60 are afforded the chance to be specifically rewarded in their career for the combination of qualities that you desrcibe with some others boring people with their faux bohoness).
