i don't know. i heard some twitters saw 2 times emilie at restaurant with jeremy davies from lost. maybe they are just friends.

Actually, Em and Josh reunited last October. They called off the divorce and are still together. The IMDB has the wrong information.

it was a rumour that they called off the marriage from the tabloids Nationnal enquirer but that was not true. the true is that they are divorced and she has confirmed in the premiere of Remember me. she didn't wear her wedding ring since June 2009 and someone asked her about what's scared her about falling in love and she anwsered that the chance doesn't work out.
