Frankston area. Which pretty much includes everything from Mt Eliza through to Baxter then up north.
Mt Eliza and Frankston South are basically the same thing - It just depends what side of Humphries road you on really.
If you want to really not be considered Frankston you got to go down to Mornington.
Hell even Karignal and the Pines are considered Frankston these days.
I think the people who live in Mt Eliza would strongly disagree with you!
