Severely underrated
Makes me angry that she's as talented, if not more, than Meryl Streep and doesn't get many roles. Viola is a legend and she deserves the best!!!!

How is she underrated? In her community, she has received every accolade/award possible except the Oscar, which she will most likely win this year. SAG awards, Emmy, Tony, Golden Globe...
She is the first black woman to win Best Actress in a Drama Emmy.
She has won scores of critics' awards as well.
She recently had a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
She has movie projects on her IMDB page that extend to 2018 while working full-time on a major network show.
Viola is 16 years younger than Meryl Streep and spent much of her career on stage (where she won 2 Tony Awards).
What else do you want for her? And why are you comparing her to Meryl Streep, who, like her or not, is a true legend (watch Sophie's Choice if you've not already).
