L.I.E., Little Miss Sunshine, There Will be Blood. Paul Dano has already given master performances. He continues to do so with every outing, he's always great.

I think it's finally his time. I just saw Love and Mercy a couple days ago and I can't get him or the movie out of my mind. Man, if I didn't love the Beach Boys before (which I did), I would surely need only this movie to make me a fan. Cusack is great, Banks is great, Giamatti is great. Paul Dano is staggering with his brilliance. I'm in awe of him and the movie. I can't more highly recommend it.

I haven't seen Love and Mercy yet, but I LOVED Paul Dano in "There Will Be Blood" and "12 Years A Slave".

He has to be one of the most underrated actors out there. Truly talented.

Just saw a preview in the UK of "Love and Mercy". Paul Dano was exceptional!!!!

He is really wonderful in Love & Mercy (as indeed are all the cast I thought!) Great stuff. I hope he gets some recognition for it! But if not, he is still really brilliant.

Just saw this movie and came here to agree. Paul is exceptional in this. I think one of his biggest talents is the ability to convey the character's internal monolog in a subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) way. Very impressive.

Yep yep I agree with everything too! He IS Brian Wilson in Love and Mercy. I've watched the film twice now and he's just amazing in it. I now picture him when I'm listening to the Beach boys- crazy!
