Bones

I read an interview with John and because he wanted to direct the new "Vacation" movie he had to stop appearing on Bones. With directing he would have been away from Bones for a very long time and he had to make a decision: stay on Bones or direct the new Vacation movie, unfortunately he could not do both projects.

I really miss him on Bones. Sometimes I wish he and the writers could have come up with a story for his super long absence because I am not really liking Agent Aubrey. Aubrey does not seem to bring anything to the table.
I love that now we have a little bit of Sweets in the new baby.
