First post for this awesome musician and singer (wow!)
He changed his name to Sananda Maitreya in 2001, moved to Italy and recorded one of the greatest albums ever......WILDCARD (although his other albums, before and after aren't too shabby either)
He's a hybrid of Marvin Gaye, Prince and (lyric-wise) Bob Dylan....with a voice that sends a chill down one's spine.
Highly Recommended (and no, I'm not a rep)
