No. Watch "Kramer vs. Kramer", then take a look at this guy. He is a DEAD RINGER for Dustin Hoffman from the 1970's. They could easily be identical twins.

He and Lenny Von Dohlen (Harold on Twin Peaks) remind me of each other.
