From what iveen in Game of thrones he can nail the accent, so yes he would be an interesting choice.
He reminds me a lot to a Young Sean bean who played Alec Trevelyan in Goldeneye and was at some point considered to play Bond himself, actually if im not mistaken Sean Bean auditioned for Bond and the producers did like him.
At the end it was Pierce who got to play Bond but Sean was called back to play Alec Trevelyan who was an ex agent looking for revenge against Mi6.
Anyway if Sean Ben was that highly considered i won't be surprised if they go with his Danish double hehe.
