He should stop dyeing his hair and go with the pepper look and gradually go grey. The overcolored hair makes him look creepy and it accentuates his aged skin and wrinkles.

Seems like a pompous dick, and always sneers at sports that don't involve a ball or aren't American as if they're beneath serious consideration.
