I think James is great host. He's original. I like how he talks to (not interviews) his guests - with all of them on the couch at the same time. Makes for good conversation.
Sometimes he acts a little awkward but I think that adds to his charm. Like he is a regular guy.
The only change I'd make - would be to get rid of Reggie. He gets on my last nerve.

shareHe shouts too much. He needs to lower his speaking volume. It's annoying as hell. The concept of the couch with all the guests was borrowed from the format in the UK. Check out some clips of The Graham Norton Show on YouTube. It's much better.

I forgot about Graham Norton. If he stole it from the BBC show - it was a good show to take it from. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
I was glad when Craig Ferguson left - he went from being great to being stupidly silly. But I had never heard of James and didn't watch for a while - but someone told me that it was good - so I've been watching ever since.
I like him and was surprised to see so much hate on this site.
