Gervais. Coogan is trying too hard to be funny but he isn't.
Actually I just watched Alan Partridge and changed my mind. Coogan is quite alright.

Coogan, but I really like Gervais too. Alan Partridge is just awesome and i really like the trip movies too.
I've always viewed Coogan as an actor/writer with an angle of a humorist, not a stand up comedian.
