I swear he is in the pilot episode titled "First Steps." You can watch it right here on imdb courtesy of hulu. Just watch the first three minutes, and right at 2:38. I swear it's him, but he's not credited on here for it. I also checked to see if maybe it's Rufus Sewell but he's not credited either.
