He really does have a little boy, named Tomas.

I've read different interviews (and saw interviews) where he speaks about fatherhood being his #1 job, how he doesn't like the paparazzi around his son (can't blame 'im) and how because he's losing certain memories of his mother and how he's creating a scrapbook of sorts of the breast cancer awareness work he's doing for Tomas. He's very private with regards to his family, hence lack of photographs.
