What happened to her mouth during the 'Scrubs years'?

Perhaps just weight loss. If you lose too much weight in the face, it makes your features look bigger.

That's possible ... she just went from having a petite mouth, to one that went from side to side of her face. Aged her significantly.

I don't see it. She just looks like she got a little older, but still gorgeous throughout the series. I do admit she looks better with a little more weight though. Carla looked the hottest in a bikini during the Bahamas episode because she was a little curvy.

I think you are right. Her appearance definitely did change and in my opinion she lost some weight too, so that's my thought too!

In the words of Dr. Cox, do I have to spell it out for you Lisa? Mouth bigger, hmmm, now what would cause your mouth to get bigger? Maybe sticking big objects into it on a regular basis? That might stretch it out. Spending long periods of time with your mouth wrapped around large objects that stretch out the lips and cheeks? Gee, that's a mystery Jennifer, you got me.
