Is Steve Carell turning into a dirty old man?

Have you noticed that as Steve is getting older his co-stars is getting younger and younger?

A few years ago his love-interest was peformed by actresses like Catherine Keener
and Juliette Binoche but lately his co-stars is getting very young, averaging 25(Twentyfive)years age difference?!

Steve is starting to smell.....

I wouldn't blame him for that. Usually, he isn't the one who chooses his co-star.
