Harvey used his position as the boss to make it a choice between their job and a sexual act. They could have said no but chose their career.

Louis used his influence over some groupies to try to get a sexual act. They weren't his employees, they were gold diggers sticking around trying to use him to get a head. He's a man with needs. It's more a Tiger Woods situation.

There's no constitutional guarantee of a highly paid career in the entertainment industry, no due process to keep one's postition at the top. Or the middle.

The truth is as simple as this: If you piss off or gross out the public, you're done. If you want to keep your career alive and the money flowing in, don't do things that would piss off or gross out the public!
