Back in the 90's I would never have believed the day would come when George Bush Sr would be considered the best Republican president since Eisenhower. And really, Nixon wasn't bad compared to most.

I wouldn't call Nixon a good gent, from what I've read he was a real asshole. Bush Sr. seems like he was okay although I never voted for him or the kid.

I voted for both Bushes...no regrets
I didn't mind Bush Sr, he showed restraint with Iraq. The son was a different matter but you are a fun person, I don't want to argue with you so I'll shut up.
