What a silly question. Sentences aren't made on the spot depending on the mood of a judge. You know, we have laws and shit, and the harshest sentence made possible by the law is death sentence or life sentence. So it doesn't really matter how evil the prisoner is, the law doesn't include your creative 14th century-style punishments.
