She's in Hollywood, she's sexy, attractive has great body, I doubt she 's single, even if she weren't in Hollywood she wouldn't be single or not dating unless she's a bitch or something and from what I've seen even those bitchy head case women still have idiots pursuing them.

She's not the typical Hollywood beauty Hollywood likes to trot out, I stopped watching "Spin City" when they decided to basically bump her story line in favor of adding Heather Locklear to that series, and Ms. Locklear is more the typical type of female actor these networks and casting directors like to hire.

She just adopted a baby on her own. This makes me wonder if she is a lesbian? Why never seen with a man?

I've seen a lot of female actors without a man, ironically they were saying the same thing about her former room mate Lauren Graham whose now involved with her co-star on 'Parenthood" some people are picky, and don't want to just settle on anyone especially in Hollywood where people get divorced and married at the drop of a hat.

People always assume someone is gay if they're not pictured with someone of the opposite sex, why?

Honestly that thought never even crossed my mine, in the past it was usually the agents or studios that would either put actors together just for publicity or they would have it appear as if they were unattached, the theory and reasoning being that the actor would have more appeal if the audience thought they were available.

Obviously they were right I still come across post on this site asking if an actor is involved with someone, especially the younger actors.

I think if she were gay she would have come out by now, she's not the first actor to adopt a child who is single, she may not have been able to have one naturally, unlike Minnie Driver or January Jones who both gave birth to children and the fathers are unknown to the best of my knowledge, and neither one them were dating anyone with they became pregnant.

Britton is her married name, her maiden name was Womack, maybe marriage and the man she was married to left a bad taste in her mouth which also happens with some people. Some people won't date again after a marriage ends, depending on who ended the marriage and why. I have a friend who hasn't dated in 10 years since her marriage ended, and says she has no intentions of doing so anytime soon.

It's called being private. Adopting a baby is NO indication of one's sexual preference!

^She mentioned Jason once in an interview. There were public pics of them and I remember reading a sighting of them in Austin back when FNL was filming.
