Will He Make The "In Memory" Piece In 2023 Oscars?

I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't purposely skip him given the murder charge. Using the tight timeframe to airing would be an easy enough out to avoid getting caught up in whatever controversy might arise from an old actor not being recognized.

Frankly, I don't think most people would think anything over his death being brushed off by The Academy in any case.

There is great controversy brewing in Buffalo because they have chosen to keep him on their "Wall of Fame".

If it was a bigger star they'd be sure to put them in. But Robert Blake spun out of control and left Hollywood for quite awhile in the 80's..and then later he got kicked out of Hollywood for good. Dude had a lot of mental problems which ultimately led to murdering his scummy wife. He's lucky he was a free man all the way up to 89.
