I have seen many of his movies, all of which were awful. I had no idea I could hate someone so much that I have never met, but I honestly can't imagine that he is a halfway decent person in real life.

shareI've only seen one of his movies, and it was halfway decent enough, only because of the writing, not because of Jack Black. Anyone else could have easily been in this instead of Jack Black. Black is probably one of the worst actors I have ever seen, along with Vin Diesel, Nicholas Cage, Edward Norton, Tom Cruise, Kate Hudson, Owen Wilson, and Chris Rock. Over paid, under performing losers, all of them.

and OP did you see JB in King Kong he stole the show, well actually Kong did but Black did a good jod as an obsessed director.

Nicolas Cage is great in about 10% of the movies he's in (e.g. Adaptation, Leaving Las Vegas), and sleepwalks through the rest. Nothing's wrong with Owen Wilson (and maybe you should lay off the guy, as he was depressed enough to try suicide recently), and Chris Rock is excellent.
As for Jack Black, he isn't an actor at all. He's a mentally ill rhino that is tripping on acid.
Jack Black was awful in King Kong. He is embarrassing. He has been pretty bad in just about everything. I liked him in Nacho Libre. Look at the stuff he has been in though.
shareOK. He has no talent in the acting world. Tenacious D was entertaining, (in AUDIO form), although I feel he was the "front man with no talent" in everything the group was involved in.
I have a young son who used to watch "Yo Gabba Gabba"... it was torture, as you can imagine. One episode featured Jack Black. He rode in on a talking mini-bike (??) with a skin-tight Evel Knevel suit (that was disturbing) and seemed to force his way on to the show. I don't know if he has kids that are age-appropriate for this show and the producers were coerced into letting him on, (or he was blackmailing them), due to his "star status", but, it felt like all of his other performances; forced, shallow, improvised (not in a good way), and self-indulgent (in the bad way).
I am fat. HE is a fat, un-talented, useless, waste of skin, and he needs to be stopped soon.
If you hate him so much, why are you even checking out his profile on IMDB? Whatever the case, it doesn't matter.. it's impossible to please everyone. Personally, I like him as an actor and as a musician. He's an entertainer in every sense of the way and I look forward to seeing his future work.
